How to prepare for your microblading appointment:

  • You may wax, sugar, or thread your eyebrows before your appointment at a minimum of 3 days prior.

  • Think of your ideal brow, concerns about your current brow, and a reference photo if you have one.

  • You may wear makeup to the appointment to give us an idea of how you normally style your brow.

  • Avoid all blood thinners for 72 hours prior to appointment; aspirin, fish oil, vitamin-e, ibuprofen or other blood thinners like alcohol and caffeine 24 hours prior.

Important Notes:

  • No caffeine on the morning of your appointment.

  • Do not take blood thinners for 48 hour prior to your appointment.

  • No makeup or soaking your brows in water or sweat while healing for 2 weeks.

  • Micropigmentation is done in TWO appointments, your brows are not final until the 2nd session has healed.

  • Micropigmentation is a process, it might feel slow but the long-term quality results are worth it.

  • Healing time is 7-14 days; we all heal differently and results are not guaranteed.

How to care for your microblading after your appointment

Day 1:

  1. Do not wash brows until the following day.

  2. Apply pressure to the area with a dry paper towel to absorb lymph and fluid to curb scabbing.

  3. Reapply coconut oil or Aquaphor throughout the remainder of the day. Keep the area moist but not saturated.

  • Avoid alcohol, chemicals, sun, sweat, makeup, any products with scent or non-natural ingredients.

Day 2:

  1. Wash the area with unscented soap and warm water.

  2. Continue keeping the area clean with unscented soap daily for 1 week.

  3. Apply pressure with a paper towel and reapply coconut oil or aquaphor 3 times a day or more for at least 10 days.

Avoid for 2 weeks after:

  • sauna, sun, sweat, brow makeup, makeup around the brow area, skincare with retinol, Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid

  • Jacuzzis, pools, ocean, or submerging your face in a bath
